NJ MONTAGUE — Montague Township Committee tabled data center development authority consideration at its August 11 meeting. The agenda included first reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 53C on vacant and abandoned properties, and second reading consideration of ordinances addressing site clearing and tree preservation and municipal walking path regulations. The Committee considered seven resolutions on tax matters, including exempt veteran cancellation, county appeal refunds, and a grace period for August 2026 tax payment.
The agenda also included Brandon Borello's application for membership as a firefighter with the Montague Volunteer Fire Department.
